Costa Titch’s death comes as music fans continue to grieve the loss of fellow rapper AKA, whose full name was Kiernan Forbes. He was shot outside of a restaurant in Durban by unknown assailants, and the South African Police Service (SAPS) is still investigating the matter. Surprisingly, both Costa Titch and AKA have cooperated on a song called Super Soft.

In late 2022, his amapiano single “Big Flexa,” which was released in December 2021, became the most viewed Amapiano video. Alfa Kat, Banaba Des, Sdida, Man T, and C’buda M all appear on the tune. The rapper shows off his exceptional dancing talents with Soweto’s Finest, a local dance troupe, in the song’s music video.

The video has officially surpassed MFR Souls, Major League DJz, Bontle Smith, and Kamo Mphela’s Amanikiniki, which has 30 million views on YouTube.

“Big Flexa” has also gained popularity on Spotify and TikTok. The single has had over six million plays on Spotify, and the sound has been used over 105 000 times on TikTok.
